Lead By Example is a professional support program for principals and building level leaders. Through job-embedded professional learning activities, leaders are guided in areas of instructional leadership and school climate.

Round-Table Discussions
Principals will gain knowledge about current trends and issues regarding education at the federal, state and local levels through researching current trends and issues in peer-reviewed publications.
Component 3
Leadership Plan
Principals develop an individualized leadership plan. The plan will include personal leadership goals and objectives based on individual needs, desires, interests and strengths.
Component 4
Instructional Walks
Leaders participate in joint classroom observations and focus walks to assess instruction. Principals are supported with real world application of research-based classroom instruction using national, state, and local standards.
